YOUR BACKYARD COURT, BUILT RIGHT
From site prep to final stripe, we handle every detail so you get a court that plays great and looks even better.
WHY CHOOSE PICKLED COURT FOR RESIDENTIAL COURTS
We understand what your venue type demands. Here's why clients like you trust us to get it right.
Precision Sub-Base Engineering
A residential court that heaves, cracks, or ponds water is a nightmare. We engineer every base layer to handle your specific soil conditions and drainage needs.
Curb Appeal Built In
Custom color combinations, accent lines, and optional logo inlays turn a plain slab into a statement piece that complements your property.
Residential-Scale Process
We spec residential projects differently than commercial — smaller crew, tighter site access, cleaner job site. We respect your property.
Property Value ROI
An installed pickleball court adds measurable appeal when you sell. We build to a standard that holds up for appraisals and future buyers.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Answers to the questions residential courts clients ask most often.
How much space do I need for a residential court?
A regulation pickleball court is 20×44 feet, but we recommend a minimum 30×60 foot cleared area to allow for safe play zones and maintenance access.
Do I need a permit?
Most jurisdictions require a permit for new concrete or asphalt pads. We handle the permitting process in areas we serve so you don't have to navigate it alone.
Can I build on a slope?
Moderate slopes can be addressed with grading and drainage design. Steep grades typically require retaining walls, which we can coordinate with our site partners.
What colors can I choose?
We offer a wide palette of acrylic court colors. Our most popular residential combos pair a slate or charcoal surface with bright accent lines for a bold, clean look.
