What We Do
OUR MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Deep Surface Cleaning
Professional pressure washing and cleaning removes dirt, algae, mold, and debris that degrades your court surface and creates safety hazards.

Court Inspection
Thorough inspection for cracks, delamination, drainage issues, and line wear — catching problems early before they become expensive repairs.

Surface Restoration
Minor crack filling, touch-up coating, and line repainting to keep your court looking fresh and playing consistently.
Prevents Costly Repairs
Regular maintenance catches small issues before they become major problems. A small crack today can become a full resurfacing project tomorrow if ignored.
Safety First
A clean court is a safe court. We remove algae, moss, and debris that can make surfaces slippery and lead to falls and injuries.
Preserve Your Investment
A well-maintained court retains its value and appearance. Whether for personal enjoyment or resale, regular maintenance pays dividends.
Scheduled Service
We work around your schedule and can set up recurring maintenance visits so you never have to think about court upkeep again.
Common Questions
MAINTENANCE FAQs
For optimal performance and longevity, courts should be cleaned at least once a month in moderate-use settings, and more frequently in high-traffic facilities. Regular sweeping removes debris that can scratch the surface, while periodic pressure washing removes algae, mold, and embedded dirt. Our maintenance program handles scheduling and all cleaning supplies.
Our maintenance program includes scheduled surface cleaning (pressure washing and scrubbing), line marking touch-ups, crack inspection and minor repairs, algae and mildew treatment, and a written condition report after each visit. We recommend quarterly visits as a minimum for courts that see regular play.
Yes, but caution is important. Use a pressure washer set to a low-to-medium setting (1500–2000 PSI) and keep the nozzle moving — holding it in one spot too long can strip the acrylic surface coating. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that can break down the binder in acrylic sport coatings. When in doubt, let our maintenance team handle it.
Moss and algae thrive in shaded, moist environments. Trimming overhanging trees and shrubs to increase sunlight and airflow is the best prevention. Periodic applications of an algae-inhibiting court cleaner also help. If you already have growth, our team can treat and remove it safely without damaging the surface.
