Lisa Bearnson
Founder
Pickled Court was founded by Lisa Bearnson, a pickleball enthusiast who fell in love with the sport and couldn't find a quality court builder in her area. After experiencing firsthand the frustration of trying to build a court with contractors who lacked expertise in sport surfaces, Lisa decided to solve the problem herself. She spent months researching court construction standards, building relationships with material suppliers, and assembling a team of craftsmen who shared her commitment to quality. The first Pickled Court project was a modest backyard build in Utah. The client was thrilled, and word spread quickly. Within a year, Pickled Court had completed dozens of projects across Utah County and Salt Lake County, earning a reputation for quality that led to expansion into North Florida and, eventually, a franchise program to bring the Pickled Court standard to communities nationwide.
